Really working on form right now. Lowered the weights a ton to try and keep that posterior chain working properly! Did six sets to failure @225 after warmups. Then after a break to get kids ready for school I finished with a circuit of cable pull throughs, calf work, and lying leg curls with a plyo ball. I may regret this later today at work!!!
