I used to train Legs all in one day.. I would come in and hit Quads, moved into Hammies and finished with Calves. My first body part would get hit hard and with tons of energy.. then less and less energy would be available for the remaining muscles. To combat this I would switch the order. This week, start with Hammies, then Quads, then Calves! Keep rotating to stay rounded... that was fine and all but I havenât been doing that lately. The last few months or so I have been training legs about twice a week. Every three days really.. Quads get attacked all alone.. and so do Hammies. The intensity is through the roof from start to finish.
