To anyone whose just beginning their fitness journey my advice is to keep it basic. Donât get to fancy. I am huge fan of super setting and drop setting. You donât need do it all the time but once in awhile to shock the muscle. Be a student learn how your body functions thatâs only gonna help you reach your goals. Make sure your getting appropriate nutrition and hydration . Be well fit fam!!
