It's so freaking nice out.

There's an advantage to living in a farming community, you've got tires laying around everywhere. Went to the gym and hit some legs and abs. Then decided it was way to nice of a day to be inside so did some cardio on my old high school track and ended it with about 15 minutes of tire flipping. I'm beat but it feels fantastic to change up the workout a bit.
