It's pretty easy in college to create unhealthy schedules whether that involves your sleep, your studying, food, or even workout routine! There always seems to be something happening that you just HAVE to go to....right?! Well one of my best advice to anyone starting out on their fitness journey is to keep a journal! This really helps keep you accountable and on track. If you have no type of structure in your day, it's pretty easy to fall off the ban wagon! #BBCOM
