It's been 2 years since I made delts a special mission and THOUGHT they were coming along. Definitely stronger, bigger, and more dense but I've just scratched the surface. Always grateful but never finished. Women often tell me in public they "wish" they had my shoulders....but they will not go thru such fire to get it. I think of the months of 60-90 min straight shoulder torture lifts when those comments come. I gave them their own days and I looked forward to each one. Cheers to all you badass broads who embrace delt flames- we/you are unique breed.
