I suspect I am having early stage of cataract. A few weeks ago, when I came home after running I noticed that several small white fluffy clouds floating in my right eye. The same thing had happened in my left eye a few years back, it also was Summer. Probably prolonged exposure to sunlight during my run caused this. To prevent further damage, I decided to wear a cap when I run in the direction facing the sun.
