Late night workout! I trained back yesterday and after my post workout meal I slept hard and for awhile.. woke up around 1am and started for the gym. Trained shoulders hard. Started with dumbbell lateral raises, tons of sets. Ten total working sets pyramiding up and down in weight. When my sets were finished I moved onto the lateral raise machine. Again; lots of sets. Last two exercises were heavy and brief, overhead presses with two grips.. great workout. Got out of the gym early.. or late? I dunno it was close to 4am. I'll sleep some more and then get up for cardio ? #ZM #ZieglerMonster
