... and today's numbers for the same amount of time ... 30 minutes ... only this time I increased the level to 12 and just stuck with it .... just over 9 miles for distance (prior to that I would do half that distance) and burned just over 1000 calories... pretty happy with that and next time will try to beat those numbers. With that being said daily trips to the gym 5 x a week on the elliptical for 30 minutes per session and getting those numbers above will be a great! I am working up to doing 45 minute sessions as I take off more weight ... eventually doing 60 minutes ...
