just finished my 6 week crossfit intro. it was a challenge meshing weight training and crossfit together. but somehow it works and i love it! beat my time by 3:09 min, lost 8 inches in chest, hips and waist combined. gained 1/2 inch in each thigh and survived on a paleo diet! lol. what next??? Halo top ice cream and peanutbutter to celebrate of course! have a great weekend my fit friends! ?
