Shoulders today and it was a tough one, some heavy presses which felt good :) Traps were a bit difficult, my back is feeling great, but it seems anything with a heavy bar in front of me (deadlifts, shrugs etc) put too much strain on the lower back issue. So dumbbells it is for all these kind of movements now and it feels a lot better...and awesome skull vest. â ï¸??
