My 5 yr old wanted to come to the track to workout with me yesterday. He's crazy! We did 3 sets of 10x squats, push-ups, and sit-ups to warm up. Then as many reps as possible of 200m sprint, 8x burpees and sit-ups, in 20 min. When we finished he did a 400m sprint by himself because he wasn't done yet!
