And I thought I did poor last week. This is why I love this app and I have been tracking my workouts since 2013. I use this to see my progress and see if there is anything I need to modify or work. Last week I didn't do my regular shoulder workout and it shows. I have seen so many changes in my body and at the gym, and it feels amazing when people approach me to say that they have seen my body changes as well.
