Had a pretty good week last week. I started my routine of legs & shoulders one day, chest & triceps the second day, and back & biceps on the 3rd day. Repeating the 3 day split twice a week. My body is sore by Sunday, but I believe the end results will be worth it. Going to try this for the next 4-6 weeks. See if I can add 5-10 lbs of muscle on.
