After a 3 week long gym vacation I've come back and hit it harder than before! Took about a month to get back up to speed and I'm feeling stronger than ever. Been doing intermittent fasting 3 times a week and have hit a pr on bench press rows and shoulder press recently. It was a struggle to get back in the groove but by being consistent and forcing myself to go nearly everyday has made it routine again. Good luck to everyone out there on your goals! it's never easy but it is rewarding!
