After a wildly busy and stressful weekend, I needed a de-loading kind of day. I stretched a great deal, then worked Abs for a while. Followed that up with a bodyweight circuit of chin-ups, push-ups, prisoner squats, Spider-Man push-ups, pullups, and obviously hanging leg raises. Not necessarily looking for a huge pump today. Some days you just need to know you did it. :)
