HELPING OTHERS Dear Ones: If you need to see something gorgeous and amazing today for no particular reason, there are two things you can do. 1) Look in a mirror. See? The world is full of beauty and people that can help! We are one of them. This is dedicated to all suffering my loss of the instagram account is nothing compared to those suffering with loss of lives, hurricane floods, cancer and so many other great challenges. But it makes me realise I need to do more. We need to do more, what if it was one of us. I cannot tag anyone but please share and please help anyone you can in whatever form you can. We need generosity and compassion right now, badly, and will for a long time. FEMA will not cover the needs of so many whoâve been devastated, physically, financially and emotionally. Thanks to all who are grateful enough for their own situations, to be generous to those very much in need. Houston stepped WAY up in Katrinaâs aftermath, but now Houston is lost and hurting. It doesnât have to be The Red Cross. It doesnât have to be The Salvation Army. But give something, somewhere. We can argue all day about overhead costs, and local impact, and the best way to share money with those who are in need. But people are in need right this very minute. Choose one channel, and share of yourself. Donât worry so much about having the biggest impact that you forget to have an impact at all. (And this doesnât just go for times of disaster, either. Arguing about efficacy is a great way to forever stall generosity.
