Off season shape after my workout ? keeping things lean and training hard! Around 265 today .. Session was an early morning chest day.. early morning or late night.. I dunno but it was about 3am when I was crushing iron. Started with incline dumbbell presses, moved on and hit cable flies (on the top and bottom positions). Flat machine press and I was out!! Went and had some breakfast at the graveyard special spot and now I'm ready to go back to sleep..
