Strength comes from knowing how to utilize your bodies muscles correctly through all movements. Being conscious to utilize each muscle not just go through the movements. Strong glutes, legs, shoulder, back, core doesnât come from specific exercise for me it comes from consciously moving and engaging my muscles as I do any movement. In order to stay in a handstand for any amount of time, you need to be able to actually hold yourself upside downâmeaning youâll be bearing your full weight on your hands for an extended period of time. And yes, it can be pretty tiring, but theyâre worth it: handstands strengthen pretty much every muscle in your arms, shoulders, and upper body, making them one of the most beneficial upper body exercises you can do....full words and video at link above
