All done in 45 mins. Hit 5 sets of barbell rows up to top set of 225x6 then lat pull down up to top set 180x8, light work after cable rows, face pulls, standing pull down w/ arms straight, single arm preacher curls. Felt like cardio but with a pump at the same time.
