It's hard not to compare myself to the images is see on line. The one thing that I keep telling myself is that unlike them I did significant damage to my body when I because a very large woman of 325 lbs and now I have to live with it. Loose skin, stretch marks and surgery scars is what I see everyday. Your body is like a piece of paper. Once is crumbled up it will never be perfect again. So take care of your body so you have no major regrets later in life. Af least I have most of my health. Going back to old #habits. Taking #progresspic every two weeks. Can't workout for a while due to a very bad injury. Order from both the doctors and my trainer ?. However, it doesn't mean I can't diet to maintain or finally reach my #goal #weight. Started at 179.8 5 weeks ago. Down to 173.8 today. Slow but steady. Doesn't look like a lot has changed but that's how it usually goes. It's #harder now than when I was super heavy, but I'm open for a #challenge. #babysteps #weightloss #movingforward #workinprogress #latina #woman
