Always take your time with back day..make sure your using correct form and make sure you feel your back muscles working. Having a mind-muscle connection is essential for a good back day session. It has taken time to develop this connection but once you have it, your sessions become better. Back is something I am trying my hardest on bringing up. My back is one of those areas that loose fat the slowest. Just gotta give it time!
