My kid turns 13 today which means I've been maintaining my lifestyle change for 13 years now. Sometimes I get so tired, but anytime I even take a small break I don't feel as vital either. It's been interesting to learn what my body wants or needs ? This Summer is really crappy between the weather and forest fires, but I need to keep pushing through. I need to spin today & strength circuit tomorrow. I took extra days off only to find out my company that's coming over is now gonna stay the whole time ? I just want to workout and feel good on my days off and she is not into this beautiful game we love to live. Sometimes growing and changing isn't the hard part, it's the holding on or letting go that gets to me sometimes. Anyways... hoping for a good spin this am in T - 15 minutes ??
