Nitor First impresion
OVERALL RATING
Picked up some Nitor Nutrition chocolate protein the other day. They are a new kid on the block but after researching and talking to some people I thought I need to try some of this. First they are a FDA registered company manufacturing in the US. I like the fact they are located in Utah. I used a coupon code that was actually emailed to by the owner and he answers his own email. You gotta respect that. Ingredients are kept simple Whey isolate, Dutch coco powder, inulin, sea salt, citric acid, lectithin, sucralose. No extra fillers. Opened the package and first thing I thought is that it smells like Nestle Quick. After digging out the scoop I added 6 ounces of water to my shaker cup and dumped one scoop in. As you can see it almost mixed itself. After a couple a shakes it was mixed no clumps. I've tried tons of protein powders and had some more expensive kinds leave some kind of clump or residue but nothing with this one. Now for the moment of truth the taste test. It taste really good kind of like Nestle Quick or maybe Carnations Instant Breakfast. Not super sweet and no artificial sweetener after taste at all. A lot of companies mess this up trying to mask the taste of cheap protein. I'm going to be switching to this for a bit for my post workout shake I'll let you know how recovery is while using it. Have great Sunday all.
