I have been mixing all styles of training and my body truly has been responding incredibly. My compounds I focus on strength. Accessory movements I focus on hypertrophy. And I incorporate burn out exercises and routines for endurance. In the past, I've always just focused on one training aspect like all in for strength or all in for size. I still place my strength focus on the compounds since I plan to continue competing in powerlifting, but adding the other methods afterward my strength focus has significantly helped me progress overall and be more well rounded!
