OVERALL RATING
Life is full of lessons. What is the most important lesson that I've learned? Easyyyy: Loving yourself through your mistakes, your failures, your ups, downs, & everything in between. I read a quote today that really resonated with me, "You wouldn't let an ******* live in your house. Why would you let one live in your head?" How many more goals do you think you'd achieve if you were your own biggest cheerleader? Do you think you would be kinder to others if you were first kind to yourself? Would your life improve if you were more forgiving of your past mistakes? I went through a couple weeks of being incredibly hard on myself. As the saying goes, I was burning the candle from both ends. I was exhausted, unmotivated, struggling to get through the day. Like we all do sometimes, I got down on myself. I let negative thoughts creep in and in response, life got harder, my negative thoughts got worse, & the vicious cycle continued. The minute I decided enough was enough & started with the positivity, life got better. Your thoughts control your life. Choose the good ones. What's the greatest lesson you've learned? P.s. Your girl is back to her annoyingly happy, optimistic, overly motivated self so these long *** all up in ya feels kinda captions, you're probably gonna see some more of these #SorryButNotReally #StellaGotHerGrooveBack
