I start with a motivational speech called Focus to get my mind ready. You have to truly listen to the words and believe they where created just for you. Next I enjoy some light cardio to the great remix beat of Marshmello and Tujamo. Sometime I don't want to hear lyrics I just need a strong beat to kick my heart rate into gear. Finally for the main course of music, from the great sounds of Fort Minor to the kick *** course of Seether, these songs help me unleash the inner beast and smash my heavy workouts. Last but not least I cool down with some active stretching and a few minutes in the sauna as I enjoy the classic smooth sounds of some of Motown's classics.
