And things that come easy later in life will be hard because you will be living your regrets and excuses. The answer you are looking for, for you to make your dreams is in four words. Show up and Try! I do not do what I do because it is easy. Anyone trying to learn the handstand will say that. Learning at home yoga and handstands was hard. I started yoga at home about 4 years ago and handstands I started learning about 2 years ago in Saudi Arabia at home. I couldn't even a hold a handstand and now today I am beyond grateful I started. February I started learning pole dance at home and now I still get lots of falls and bruises but having a blast. I have had one yoga class in my life in Feb and thats it. Thank god for the amazing @codyapp instagram souls and youtube channels or Id never be where I am today. But the only thing that got me to where I am is me showing up and trying. If you are looking for magic you are it. Be your own hero. Stop looking for the magic answer because you already have it YOU. Ninety percent of success is just showing up. Showing up is 80 percent of life. Eighty percent of success is showing up. Seventy-five percent of life is showing up. In life, 50% of it is showing up. lol so no matter everyone agrees life is created by showing up for YOU I have learned one thing. As Woody says, ‘Showing up is 80 percent of life.’ Sometimes it’s easier to hide home in bed. I’ve done both. But bed does not get me anywhere in fact not showing up actually takes me further from my happiness and goals. So now I show up and try even if I aint got much to show for it. My advice if you want to change your life, be more happy, body confident, catch your dreams, whatever you want the answer is show up in every single moment like you're meant to be there and do the things you wish you could until you can. And try try try and try again.
