So how does a man critique his progress? If I look at my current pic by itself I'd say, love handles, fluffy belly, skinny arms. But if I look at it next to my fat picture I say almost the same thing except wow, look at how much weight you've lost. I might even say, looking good. But I've got an image in my head of how I want to look and I'm going to keep striving for it but in a healthy natural way.
