I'm going on three weeks of hardly any physical activity. My calories have dropped from 2000 to ~1400, maybe 1600 on a good day because I've been too busy to remember to eat. Sometimes self love means pushing yourself to be active even when you don't necessarily feel like it. Other times self love means giving yourself a break when you need it most. I hope you know that some days, if all you do is get out of bed and make it through your hectic day: IT'S OKAY. Not every day is going to be one of those kicka$$, check everything off your list kind of days. Some days you won't have the energy to be active or to get everything on your to do list done. Welcome to the club. There's like 8+ billion of us here ?? Health is so much more than just physical. In times of stress, ask yourself two questions: Am I getting enough sleep? Am I eating well? If you answer no to either of these basics, fix it. Then once you've got those things covered, work on everything else. Whatever your goals are, whether they be physical, educational, career, or otherwise, keep moving towards those goals even if they're baby steps. One day, one step, one moment at a time, y'all.
