feeling accomplished

As I proceeded to grab the weight bench to pull myself up off of the gym floor this morning after my intense smith machine workout with my trainer I said to him. " you must love seeing a grown man struggle to get up and walk after a workout?" He just smiled. I thanked him. Shook his hand and hobbled my way out the door to the dreaded steps. But you know I had the biggest smile on my face. I'm really proud of myself for enduring and push myself to new limits. I'm really really proud of that. I may be sore as hell but I'm really proud.
