My friends at the gym noticed that I got thicker. This is what happens to you, when you eat 2,000 calories and you bank up on lots of carbs and protein. I exceeded my limit of proteins and carbs, to see how much my body could take and I added more heavy weight to it, eat my ice cream at night and change or added new workout to my butt and legs and voila! Look at my thickness aaahh!! It works! Lol
