A friend of mine posted this picture on Facebook for throwback Thursday. I know I was over 300 pounds. Size 40 jeans. XXL. I still sometime see pictures and wonder how I let myself get so over weight. I don't focus on those days too much but use that as a reminder of how far I've come.
