I'm not a vegan but I got into eating more plant based foods. I don't have to waste money on supplements and multivitamins anymore. I don't even know my own strength limits anymore, and I'm leaning the hell out. Getting thinner but my weight stays the same. All the vitamins and nutrients are in the plants, how's eating them not going to make your body be at its best?
