I get super light headed & nauseous every time I push myself not to eat carbs before 2 or so. Sugars drop and it feels disgusting. This was what I had before hitting up the Farmer's market and by 3:00 I felt ill. Finally got home & got some toast with PB in me and I feel healthy and balanced again. One day I will learn for good, haha, but I try it out once in a while. Hypoglycaemia is a yucky feeling! Keep those glucose levels balanced ??
