I loooove salads! I am not joking I had a salad for breakfast this morning! Eating salad is such a great way to get a variety of nutrients in one meal! Sweet Salad: romaine, spinach, apples slices, black beans, crushed pecans, carrots, rice vinegar, and olive oil OR Savory Salad: chicken (warm), warm roasted veggies (zucchini, onions, peppers, etc.), olive oil, feta cheese, over a bed of mixed greens!
