I actually went out today lol. Need to change my routine up to much work work working out and not enough me time. Yes overachiever but it has gotten me farther than ive ever been. Just got my ACSM certification and been training people from my garage and let me tell you business is booming ! Just purchased my car ! time to get drunk and celebrate!
