So here are the results from my Kris Gethin 8 week transformation - hardcore trainer 2. So some of you know since December 16 I developed bicep tendinitis up towards my shoulder, I also have facet joint problems in my lower back which both got really bad and stopped me training properly for almost 5 months. The weight piled on and I lost my motivation. After months of Physio I slowly started up again and finally felt able to start Kris's Hardcore Trainer 2. It was a struggle, I couldn't do a lot of exercises well at all, flyes hurt, deadlifts had me stopping half way through workouts to decide if I should carry on or not, but I trained sensibly and still pushed through. During the 8 weeks, I got stronger, my injuries got better, I gained some muscle and I lost around 7kg of fat. I loved this workout series. Now I am on a beach drinking beer and eating Greek pastries adding the fat back again lol.
