Been trying to get my bodyfat percentage above 16% since I'm not competing, it's currently 12.5% measured with callipers and maschine. It has been dropping despite of increased calorie intake, I already eat around 3000 calories per day so increasing calorie intake is out of the guestion. I think I can afford a second cheat meal a week and decrease HIIT training ooooh ??
