Dead Lifts are no substitution for Squats, but they are absolutely necessary! Yesterday I spent the morning waiting for my bodybuilding.com order to arrive with my wrist straps....so excited to pack on weight and not have my forearms give out first. Unfortunately...my order didn't arrive. ? That is no excuse not to perform! I was able to knock out 2 sets of 365 for 5 reps before my forearms said, "FU<K YOU!"
