My new gym
OVERALL RATING
So I joined a second gym yesterday, and am super excited about having 24/7 access to a hardcore bodybuilding gym. I still plan on keeping my YMCA membership because it's so close to my house and I really like them. After 2 years of working out, I view it as an accomplishment that I'm comfortable in a place like this, where I know I would not have before I started. It seems like I'm the weakest member of the place, but it inspires me to aim higher. I've come a long way, but I still have a long way to go. 24/7 lifting access = help me stop drinking, better flexibility with my family and work schedules. I love going in the mornings, though, so I'm planning to work in multiple two-a-days every week and burn off that beer belly fat. Night workouts sound like a great substitute behavior for sitting on the couch drinking beer and surfing the web. Mostly, though, I'm looking forward to lifting, learning, continuing to push myself. I'm the kind of person who belongs to 2 gyms, and it's awesome.
