Throwback to mid January 2016 after one year of losing weight from 308 lbs (starting weight in February 7, 2015) down to 235 lbs. (pictured top left) The rest of the pictures are from my long term bulk over the last year and a half, and were taken within the last month at 265 lbs. If I can do it, anyone can do it...set your mind to it. Stay dedicated stay motivated fitfam!
