Dieting is always going to come with highs and lows no matter how big you goals of dropping weight. If it's 2kg or 25kg, the lows can play havoc with the mind if your not careful. If you can remain clear and focussed on the bigger they will soon pass. . . IG and FB will have us believe I'll go from 20% body fat to single digits in 12 weeks and it will be easy. The reality is this isn't possible for most of us based on current lifestyle habits, loosing weight and building muscle is as much about understanding and forming good everyday lifestyle habits as it is as about working out.
