Sometimes after a hard, intense workout of shoulders, abs & cardio, I don't crave egg whites, oatmeal and protein powder! My power breakfast, my homemade ceviche and blue organic, gluten free chips! Not pictured......my smoothie of tuscan kale, spinach, celery, lemon and apple juice! Yummy!! Happy Hump Day Fit Fam!!
