I'm not going to lie. I've lost almost all my drive. Went hard for 335 days. Some on my own. 2 Jim 12 week workout plan and lots of running. During that time I paid no mind to my bike. Took on running to save me the money that I would have to spend on fixing it up. Threw a brand new ULTEGRA 6800 groupset on it and it's almost ready for the road. Haven't worked out in 6 days... trying to find the motivation I need to get back in the game. I've lost so much weight and toned so much but yet I still don't see the results I'm looking for. My first 50 pounds and 10% body fat lost was easy... losing these last 5% of body fat is what's killing me
