I'm lucky enough to have the ability to use my lunch break to get in a little heart raising exercise but today I forgot my shorts and for some reason had 3 t-shirts in my bag. I thought about skipping it but I asked myself what would "Chuck" (that's me lol) say to a client or friend. Do what you can with the tools you have. So I turned my shirt inside out upside down and tucked it into my workout spandex(is that what you call these things?) Take Home. Consistency is key to success a little more a little better each and every week.
