60 minutes of cardio done. Meals packed for the day. Meal 1 at 6 AM. Switched up from my recent post session meal of Tilapia, peppers and red potato. This was 6 ounces of roasted chicken breast, carrots, broccoli and a baked russet potato. Will repeat this at 9 AM then that is pretty much it for carbs the rest of the day
