06.09.2017 (Day 5.) A very, very early morning of a push workout. I performed The Bench Press, Weighted-Dips. Close-Grip Bench and Neutral-Grip Dumbbell Presses. #SuperSet continues to deliver time and time again. I took a half-scoop and about 15 minutes later went to work. Great energized session. Later I went to work and towards the end of the shift I waited on a disabled gentleman in a wheelchair and his wife. After the couple left, another table pointed out to me that the same gentleman was sitting in the parking lot beside his vehicle. Not moving. I ran out to find that he was out of his chair and just couldn't get up. Myself, with the assistance of a manager eventually lifted him into his vehicle, but I have to be honest, my forearms are mighty sore and actually pretty strained. He was a very big guy. Dead-weight can be very tough to handle. However, I intend to eat well, sleep well and recover so that I can deliver the very best training session I can in the early morning tomorrow. As luck would have it, I have deadlifts on tap in the early morn. :D #Recovery
