When Orange Julius smoothies were a childhood fav...... I am trying my to limit my use of protein powders to 1x a day- typically before bed as I am a protein ice cream ****. This was a great post workout substitute and it literally reminded me of the tropical smoothie I used to drink 1-3x a day when I was young and thought if it came in a smoothie format than it must be healthy right?
