Just under 4 weeks post competition photo taken first thing in the morning before water or food, this is a great time to see what you look like without those variables, although you might look a little flat as a result.. My body weight has increased by 6kg (water will be part of that but reduced) my body fat will have increase ( Abs are visible so â ) Training 2 muscle groups daily, Cardio has returned to 2-3 session a week, abs 2-4 weekly. ________________ The point of this post is showing what effective plan and produce, post dieting or competition. A good coach/train should have a plan or at least some self research to make sure your has work is never wasted. IG joepitt_
